Walgreen's -- your clinic? by Danny V.

The innovation described in the article is Walgreens, the drug store giant, opening up its own universal heath care system. They are trying to make health care more accessible, available to everyone, and less expensive. I think that it will have a specific market and a little bit of a mass appeal. I believe that the poor and the people with no health care will want to have this service. Also the people in the middle class may not want to pay very much money for health care and they might use this too. I don't think this innovation will have to much affect on the rich because they can afford good health care and may think the service might not be the best at a Walgreens. I think this very well could be a fad for a while because not many people can afford health care right now with the economy the way it is. Also, I think it will be a good service coming from the biggest drug store in America. I think it will fade away after the president figures out the health care plan and the economy goes back up. I would use this service because it is affordable, they have quality physicians, and it is close to my house.
